At Mr Sunglasses, we want you to love your new look. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition (new only).
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. RETURN FEES & RESPONSIBILITY
We categorize returns into two types to ensure transparency regarding costs:

  • Defective Products: If your sunglasses arrive damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the item by mistake or no longer need it, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping via your preferred carrier.

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Contact our support team at contact@mrsunglasses.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

4. REFUNDS

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (Stripe) within 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment card. Once an order has been shipped, it must be treated as a return.
