4. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Mr Sunglasses is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
